1. General

By making a purchase at I WEAR ITALY, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all transactions conducted in-store and ensure a fair and consistent experience for every customer.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.

  • Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final.

3. Returns and Store Credit

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached and a valid receipt.

  • Sale items, accessories, and custom/special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

4. Product Care and Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following product care instructions. I WEAR ITALY is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, wear, or cleaning.

5. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory, but you may use your store credit toward another available item.

6. Privacy

Customer information collected at the time of purchase (such as name or contact details for store credit) is kept confidential and used only for internal business purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties.

7. Liability

I WEAR ITALY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase, including wear, alteration, or misuse of items after sale.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be available in-store upon request.
